Top Shelf Logistics LLC (TSL) is an asset-light based 3rd party logistics provider specializing in highly customized freight management and multi-modal solutions for the Food and Beverages category with a special emphasis on Wine and Spirits. In the simplest terms, Top Shelf Logistics provides the following to wine and spirit producers:

Top Shelf Logistics is headquartered in Tracy, California – a distribution hub in the northern part of the state and the greater San Francisco Bay Area. Our operations as a preferred category logistics provider covers the entire United States and Canada.

RICH BADUINI, CEO & FOUNDER

Rich is a highly respected, experienced logistics executive. He began his logistics career at Revlon Inc. in New Jersey while working his way through college. He held progressive management positions at their various U.S. and Canadian distribution centers. His career includes a history of leading effective teams and servicing customers while managing driver fleets, distribution centers and transportation networks. While serving in key leadership positions, he developed an integrated operational / sales approach which produces practical value through collaborative customer / carrier relationships and process execution. Serving as Director of Operations at GTS Distribution and Transportation, he focused on a broad spectrum of CPG (consumer packaged goods) clientele. Rich was a key driver of phenomenal growth at GTS which culminated in a successful sale to Pacer Inc. He was subsequently promoted to VP of Operations within Pacer’s Supply Chain Solutions group. Rich brought this wealth of experience to Top Shelf Logistics when he founded the company in 2007. His extensive industry contacts helped him assemble a team of transportation experts that is unrivaled. Rich holds a B.S. from Wagner College, New York, NY and an M.B.A from the University of Phoenix. He is a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP), an associate member of both the American Distilling Institute (ADI) and American Craft Spirits Association (ACSA).
